Held by the lake, this 30-minute session will guide you through low-to-the-ground yoga, gentle breathing, and a meditation on the Word. It’s an invitation to move with presence, rest in God, and begin your day rooted in stillness and prayer.


What to bring:

  • Dress in layers for comfort

  • Water bottle

  • (Mats and blocks will be provided)


No prior yoga experience is needed—just a willing heart and a desire to slow down and reconnect.


About the Teacher:

This session will be led by Nathalys Kim, founder of Sosiego LLC, in partnership with UBF.

Nathalys helps people befriend their breath, body, and mind to experience a moment of sosiego—serenity—anywhere. With a background in community work and professional training, she is a certified yoga teacher. Through Sosiego, she offers private sessions, retreats, special events, and wellness workshops that center rest, connection, and accessibility.
