This 2-hour experience will include:

• Guided conversation and reflection with a therapist

• Breathwork, gentle movement, and Yoga Nidra

• Financial wellness tools and Q&A with a financial consultant

• Community connection in a supportive, shame-free space

This event is for anyone seeking a more grounded, empowered, and compassionate relationship with money and wellbeing.
