This is your invitation to step away from the distractions of daily life and enjoy a restorative weekend designed to help us slow down, to encounter stillness, and to make space for reflection, clarity, and connection.
Through gentle movement, mindfulness workshops, and intentional pauses, you’ll reconnect with your body, your mind, and your sense of self. All are welcome, whether new to the experience or a seasoned participant.
Sliding Scale Options
To support accessibility while honoring the true cost of this retreat, two of the rooms are offered on a three-tier sliding scale: Low, Middle, and Full Price. Please read each tier and select the tier that best reflects your financial reality. No proof needed—just honest self-assessment and care for our community.
Low Sliding Scale
For those with limited financial access. Choose this rate if paying the full cost would create genuine hardship. This tier is supported by the community—those paying the full rate.
This tier may be right for you if you:
- Have limited or unstable income
- Are paying basic bills feels stressful or inconsistent
- Rarely choose wellness experiences due to cost
- Support dependents or send money to family
- Have significant medical, legal, or debt-related expenses
- Identify with groups historically excluded from wellness spaces (BIPOC, disabled, LGBTQ+, immigrants, etc.)
- Would not be able to attend without this reduced rate

Medium Sliding Scale
For those who can meet their needs but need some flexibility.
This tier may be right for you if you:

- Can comfortably meet monthly expenses and some savings
- Can participate in wellness offerings a few times a year
- Don’t have significant financial dependents
- Want to be mindful of your own budget while still contributing to community support
Choosing this tier is a balanced exchange—supportive to you and to others.
Full Price (true cost)
For those with financial security and access. This is the actual cost of the retreat—your payment supports the retreat, your experience, and the sliding-scale spots.
This tier may be right for you if you:
- Have stable income and savings
- Own property, have investments, or generational support
- Can travel, take vacations, eat out, and access wellness offerings regularly
- Have financial safety nets or support systems
- Desire to pay it forward so others in the community can attend
