Sosiego Studio

A consistent yoga practice for strength, grounding, and rest.

Live classes. Recorded library. One simple membership.

A consistent, simple practice

Most people don’t struggle with yoga. They struggle with consistency.

Sosiego Studio offers a suite of live and recorded yoga classes designed to help you stay connected to your practice in a way that fits real life.

The live classes provide structure and accountability throughout the week, while the recorded classes provide flexibility for when life gets busy.

You can return to the practices at your own pace and keep track of the sessions you complete along the way.

Whether you’re returning to movement, building strength, or looking for a steadier relationship with yoga, the studio is here to support you. It's designed to be accessible for people with different body types, energy levels, and experience levels.

What’s inside

Each class is intended to connect with the other classes throughout the week.
Don't worry if you can't make a live class; you can return to it later.

Monthly Special Session

Once a month, the studio offers a special session exploring different themes of care, such as:

  • Burn-out recovery

  • Prenatal & postnatal yoga

  • Couples / partner yoga

  • Breathwork & yoga nidra

  • Nervous system reset sessions

  • Seasonal reflection practices

The story behind Sosiego Studio

Sosiego Studio comes from years of trying to make practice work amid the business of everyday life.

I’ve been through it all — memberships, studio passes, drop-in classes, shifting schedules, cross-city commutes. And what I learned, over time, was simple: consistency didn't come from having more options. It came when there was as little unnecessary friction as possible.

Not having to plan what to wear, for example, or figure out parking, rush across town, or reorganize my day to get somewhere on time.

I truly started to be consistent when I practiced from home — in a way that felt simple, quiet, and realistic enough for me to be able to return to every day. That experience changed everything for me.

Now, as a mother and teacher, that understanding has only deepened. Life is full in a different way now, but the need is the same: it's about finding something steady, flexible, and simple enough that I don’t have to negotiate with it every time life gets busy or unpredictable.

Sosiego Studio is what I’ve built from that lived experience.

It's not just a theory or a trend. It's something that I've tested over years, through different seasons of life, and that has genuinely supported me in staying connected to my practice.

It’s the structure I return to — and the one I’d like to share with anyone looking for a steadier, more-realistic way to do the same.

Recording Library

All live classes are recorded and added to the studio library.

The library is intentionally curated and refreshed regularly so the practice is easy to return to. Inside the library you’ll find:
