MORNING YOGA CLASS

Two mornings a week.

One small commitment.

A big transformation in how you move through your life.

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 AM CT.

30 minutes to meet yourself before the world asks anything of you.

Most mornings begin with a rush — emails, tasks, people needing something, the day already pulling you forward. These classes were created to offer the opposite:a place to begin your day with yourself first.

 

As a new mom, 30 minutes is what I can realistically offer while staying grounded.

And I’ve found that 30 minutes is also enough to shift your whole day — your breath, your mood, your posture, your focus.

What to expect?

30 MIN CLASSES 

Tuesdays — 6:30–7:00 AM CT

Morning Flow

A steady, strong practice to wake the body.

Expect grounding movement, slow strength, thoughtful transitions,

and just enough heat to meet the day with clarity.

 

 

Thursdays — 6:30–7:00 AM CT

Chair Flow

Dynamic and supportive.

Movement that builds strength with accessibility.

Perfect for anyone who wants an active practice without

strain on wrists or knees.

Messy bun, pajamas, low-light room… it all belongs.

What to bring?

Set up a cozy and safe space at home for our online yoga session. Here's what you'll want to bring (or try these substitute items):

  • Yoga mat (or non-slip rug / yoga towel)

  • 1-2 blankets

  • 2 yoga blocks (or sturdy books / cushions)

  • Bolster (or cushions)

  • 1 yoga strap (or belt / scarf)

  • Eye cover or pillow (or soft cloth / scarf)

  • Journal and pen (or some way to take notes)​

How to join​

The Zoom link will be included in your confirmation email. All levels are welcome. Instructions on how to join the session:​

  • Download the Zoom app for free on your phone, laptop, tablet, or desktop.

  • Sign up for the class on our schedule page.

  • Look out for a confirmation email containing the Zoom link. (You should also receive a reminder email 15 minutes before the class starts.)

  • Join the session at the scheduled time.

  • You can leave your camera on or off; everyone will be muted when class begins.

How to Book Your Classes

1. Review the pricing + schedule, choose your start date, and click “Register.”

2. Confirm your start date and select your tier — no questions asked.

3. After checkout, click “Complete Your Booking,” review your class, and hit “Book Now.”
