About the Retreat
Join me on May 3 for a day dedicated to rising and blooming. Take a well-deserved break from daily responsibilities to reset and reconnect through yoga, meditation, and relaxation.
The retreat will take place at the Irish American Heritage Center, a hidden Chicago gem that features elegant architectural details, from high ceilings to wood accents. It offers the perfect atmosphere for a day of renewal.
We’ll also enjoy delicious Lebanese vegetarian dishes and delightful pastries, catered by local favorites.

About the Food
We'll start the retreat with coffee, tea, and light refreshments, including vegan options. For lunch, we'll have a delicious, wholesome vegetarian meal featuring fresh, signature dishes from Libanais.
Libanais is a Lebanese restaurant with more than 80 years of tradition serving authentic flavors and organic, high quality ingredients.

Special Parnertships
This time, I’m thrilled to partner with two incredible first-generation, Latina-owned small businesses with heritages from Guatemala and Mexico.
Melissa Barrios, LCSW, founder of Healing Without Limits PLLC and Healing Without Limits Apothecary, will guide us through a reflection on ancestral magic and healing, featuring products designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
Pam Alfaro, CEO of Zona Rosa & Co, is an artist who uses polymer clay to create unique, empowering designs that celebrate her Mexican heritage. As a special gift, each retreat participant will take home one of her pieces at no additional cost.

About the Location
The retreat will take place at the Fifth Province Hall of the Irish American Heritage Center, a hidden gem in Chicago known for its elegant architecture and high ceilings that create the perfect atmosphere for renewal. Conveniently located right off the highway, the center offers free on-site and street parking.
Between sessions, explore the center's library, museum, and art gallery, or take a peaceful stroll through the nearby park. The venue provides an ideal setting for a day of relaxation and self-care.
