THE SACRED PAUSE
YOGA RETREAT
Oct 15–18, 2026 | Red Clover Ranch, WI
Over 4 days, we’ll step out of urgency and into presence. We’ll rest deeply. We’ll listen inward. We’ll remember what enough feels like.
A long exhale.
A clearing of the mind.
A remembering of what enough feels like.
This is your invitation to step away from the distractions of daily life and enjoy a restorative weekend designed to help us slow down, to encounter stillness, and to make space for reflection, clarity, and connection.
Through gentle movement, mindfulness workshops, and intentional pauses, you’ll reconnect with your body, your mind, and your sense of self. All are welcome, whether new to the experience or a seasoned participant.

This is the sacred pause your soul has been asking for ...

Conozca a su instructor
¡Hola!

A SPACE TO SLOW DOWN
Escape to Red Clover Ranch, a serene retreat in Wisconsin’s Driftless region, where forested ridges, open fields, a stream, and a wild apple orchard invite stillness and reflection.
Cozy accommodations help you relax and recharge, from a Bunkhouse for four with a shared bath to private cabins with access to a Japanese- and Scandinavian-inspired bathhouse with toilets, sinks, and plenty of hot water. While accommodations do not include private baths, both the shared bathhouse and the bunkhouse bath offer comfort and convenience. A screened porch and lounge provide the perfect setting for quiet mornings and sunset reflections.
The event barn, built in the early 1900s and lovingly restored, is where we’ll gather each day for yoga, workshops, creative sessions, and shared vegetarian meals made from local, seasonal ingredients. It will serve as the heart of our retreat experience at Red Clover Ranch.
