Finding ease in your breathwork practice

Updated: Dec 20, 2025

Breathwork is simple, powerful, and transformative—but a little preparation can make it feel effortless.

Here’s how I like to approach it.

Create Your Space

Find a quiet, cozy spot. Lay out a mat, a blanket, and have water nearby. Wear soft, comfortable clothes. Let your space invite calm.

Settle In

Take a few deep breaths before you start. Notice your body. Soften your shoulders. Dim the lights or play gentle music if it helps you relax.

During the Session

Follow your breath. Deep, circular, or patterned—it’s your practice.

Stay present

Observe your body, thoughts, and emotions without judgment. Adjust the intensity as you need.

Remember, you are in control.

After Your Breathwork

Pause before you move. Sip water, take a quiet walk, or jot down reflections. Let the calm linger and ripple into the rest of your day.

Breathwork doesn’t need to be complicated.

Even a few minutes can shift your energy, ease tension, and restore clarity.

Breathe easy. Stay present.
